Philadelphia’s people create a culture worth celebrating.
Penn Museum, the Wharton School, and Penn & Philly are bringing “Penn & Philly: 250 Free Community Day” to South Street on June 13, from 12pm–6pm, for an engaging event designed to connect individuals with the city’s rich history.
Join us for this free community day focused on empowering the community, sharing valuable resources, education, entertainment, and fun.
The Juneteenth Freedom Stage will offer live music and performers, food trucks, and local small-business retail vendors. Alongside the stage there will also be an activity zone for all ages, pop-up exhibitions, educational workshops, and access to all the galleries. The Wellness Empowerment (WE) Project (a collaboration with Wharton and Penn Medicine) will feature a health and wellness fair, financial literacy resources, health screenings, and access to community-based services.
